You go girl---We need to meet and screw and whatever happens happens!! LOL You must have someone in the family with these type issues. Personally, I got my g pregant just before I was about to dump her but after she took herself off birth control without telling me. The result is a lovely daughter that I'd never deny or regret, but the legal aspects regarding the FOC system have been numerous. After the baby was born, she was more interested in partying it up to make up for the nine months lost while I struggled with the marraige concept going the route of homeownership and increased responsibility on my part. Once those support papers were issued--blah blah blah I always wondered why there was no way for me to have any type of repayment for the time and money I spent making sure that our family had everything it needed before, during, and after our split. Girl, I'll tell you--the judge and referees really wanted to hear that--right!!

Great question.
The key word here is "choice" - and under present law, it is the woman's choice - and only the woman's choice.
That's why she can choose to have an abortion legally - but if she is murdered or beaten during her pregnancy, there are TWO victims and the perpetrator will be charged accordingly.
It would certainly be an interesting court case if the man could prove his allegations and refused any financial support for the child - very interesting indeed.
Personally, I believe if abortion is to remain legal, it must be the woman's choice - after all, she'll be carrying the burden for 9 months and perhaps a heck of a lot longer should the man decide to run off - and that's not too unusual.

the guy might desire to certainly no longer have a say interior the subject. As undesirable as i believe for him if he needs his baby be she does not, nicely, that's no longer his physique that's being affected. If it have been bodily achievable to implant the embryo right into a mans physique, which would be one factor...besides the shown fact that that's no longer and it in all probability in no way ever would be (and it would no longer be!). So he does not might desire to deal with something different than despite emotions he's feeling related to the being pregnant (and actual, that would desire to be gotten over somewhat rapidly in case you question me). i think of any guy that would sit down there and stress a women human beings - be it a one night stand, female pal, fiance, or perhaps spouse - to have his little one against her will is a sick individual. i'm sorry. yet i'm no longer able to determine how every physique ought to think of that that's ok to stress a woman to be what's largely a breeding device. EDIT additionally, I in basic terms decide for to point out that any time a guy and a woman are approximately to have intercourse, achievable pregnancies might desire to be stated. every physique who's the right age to bypass hump somebody might desire to know that no secure practices is one hundred%, that anybody can lie approximately being on delivery administration, that pregnancies take place even whilst 2 or 3 or 5 billion styles of BC are being utilized, and that abortion is often going to be an selection (even in places the place that's unlawful). So if the girl needs an abortion...too undesirable for him. the guy knew it ought to take place. He has no person in charge yet himself if a being pregnant he helped make is terminated.

No. But, I'm not a fan of abortion in general. Legally, he can't. And, morally, it shouldn't be allowed to happen. I do think he should be able to go to court to terminate his parental rights & responsibilities.
That being said; If you don't want kids, don't have unsafe sex no matter what your partner says. Each person needs to take some control and not believe everything they hear.
Would you belive a man who says he's had a vasectomy?
It's easy to make excuses. Take responsibility for your actions.

I don't think he should be able to make her get an abortion but I do think he should be able to refuse to have anything to do with the child and the costs that come with a child but only if he was decieved. If he knew there was a chance of pregnancy he should be held completely responsible for his actions. It isn't fair to trap a guy into getting a girl pregnant if he doesn't want a kid. If he thought that things were taken care of he shouldn't be held responsible for any part of that childs life but if he choses to give up all responsibilities, it should be for the life of the child and he should never be able to say Hey I want to see my kid.

I totally agree that there is never an excuse to try to trick a man into fatherhood. However, if the woman wants the baby, no one should be allowed to tell her that she has to abort. Since she is the one who would have to live with the aftermath, both physically and emotionally, then he should not be able to enforce that. I also believe though that he should not have to give either emotional or financial support if she decides to have the baby against his wishes.

I agree however the woman should have more say in the matter because it his her own body, but it is a case by case issue and in this case if the woman lied like that she should be fully responsible.

I don't know about abortion rights for the man to decide. That is more about a woman's right to decide what happens within her own body, legally.
However, the man can pursue legal help based on the fact that she committed fraud with the lying and deception.

I think that if either of the parents wants to keep the child, it should be brought to term, whether the chick likes it or not (unless there is a legal or medical issue surrounding the case). You make the decision that you're okay with having a baby when you decide to have sex.
In the case of deception, the man should be able to use that to waive paternity obligations like child support. However, if one parent wants the child, they should be able to keep it.

Well damn, no its not right to trick anyone. But if a guy wants to play, how about him taking on the responsibility that some women doesn't get pregnant. If he doesn't want to pay child support for 18 years , how about he makes sure she doesn't get pregnant. Come on, if a guy does not want something to happen that he can't live with......or anyone else for that matter...take responsibility for your actions. Protect yourself!
