Ok, I've got a headache, Right now I'm lifting weights, they're 40 pound dumbells, and I'm sweating a lot, lol, my head hurts too, why do you think that is?

Yes I"m on Y/A and lifting weights, lol, I'm doing a set of 12 reps, and taking a 1 minute break to get on Y/A,

turn off your pc, take 500mg of paracetamol and sleep. enough weight lifting and Y!A for now.

It could be nothing more than a headache from the day or hard work, but still take a rest, you may be over-doing it. Drink some water to replenish. If it becomes unbearable, call someone.

Well quit lifting weights you probably got the stomache virus that's going around.Drink plenty of Fluids,eat some chicken soup and get plenty of sleep it really helps.Good Luck

did you have the headache before you started lifting weights? Is that what gave it to you?You might be doing it too fast, do you feel dizzy too?

You may be straining. Take a chill pill for a while. Your health is more important than your Popeye calf muscles!

You're probably dehydrated or need electrolytes to keep you going.

Drink water or a potassium-rich drink (or banana).

Maybe you didn't eat enough today? Or you are dehydrated. Make sure you are drinking water.

i thikn you just a little dizzy...maybe drink some cold water, and lay down you head?
