They already made a Buffy movie in the late '80s or early '90s, that's what the TV show was based on.

I didn't even know they were making a new Buffy movie. I like the original anyway.

Well, Joss Whedon certainly managed to push Firefly's movie through against all odds, and Firefly was cancelled in the first season. However, Buffy had a 7-year run, so Joss might not be as motivated to fight tooth and claw for it like he did with his fledgling series.

Yea i've got heard it comes out in 2012 or some thing. i might see it out of interest, yet I particularly doubt it is going to be any sturdy. I recommend what might or no longer it quite is without Joss Whedon, Willow, Xander, Giles, etc.. they are what made the practice so sturdy! i do no longer think of it will be an excellent number of a fulfillment without Joss Whedon and any of the trendy characters that have been on the television practice.

For one i didnt know they were makin a new one and for two y aren't they doin it anymore that would of been brilliant i was pissed wen they stopped makin the actual program a film would of been a really good finish lookin at wot they did next now that bufy doesn't have 2 slay cos all the other girls r slayers now
