If it's sore, it could be orchitis. If it's not, it could be a hydrocele. Or it oculd be something totally different. Either way, it should be checked out by your doc. Go make an appointment.

As a physician, I would advise being examined. It can come from a hydrocele or hematocele, neither are serious but they may need drained. You didn't indicate that the testicle is painful which suggested that it is not an infection but you also failed to indicate your age. Testicular cancer may occur at virtually any age, but more commonly with patients 25 years or older.

If its only just happened and is very sore and pain full it maybe a minor problem something to do with sperm going the wrong way when u or the person your asking on behalf of where masturbating. its nothing to worry about and will go down with in a week or so.
Still go see a DOCTOR just incase
