Ditto. Don't forget the present--were still looking at the illegal wire-tap bill, the fence, the NLRB's decision against the Kentucky nurses which guts their union rights, the as-we-post negotiations to get another unfair trade deal with the South Koreans, the deal on the table to sell nuke technology to India for fruit, a nominee for the U.N. (that will surely be interesting), and so on and so forth.
TIME TO WAKE UP AGAIN PEOPLE!!
The last time we were in this type of lull was just after the sixties when the old beauracrats decided that our youth shouldn't be so informed because our uprising were a little to dangerous for their master plan. Most of us did well Nov. 7th--but were not done yet by a longshot!!

I'm glad someone else noticed.
Under this act the President can declare anyone to be an enemy combattant. If that happens to you, you have no right to trial by jury and can be sent beautiful downtown Gitmo. Furthermore, the court is not even allowed judicial review to see if your rights might have been violated.
