I don't usually have to tell them...a long cold stare usually quiets the area nicely without any verbal instructions. If you stare at them long enough, they sometimes start mumbling and leave the whole area, which is even better.

Usually i use SHUT UP....but "can you shut the F*** up" works when your really angry. or more appropriatly....can you keep it down please...and if that doesnt work...option two above.

i like to get my point across.. so i usually go with "Shut The F.u.c.k. Up".. sometimes i'll add a mother f.u.c.k.e.r. to the end of it...
