Yep, dogs does that. I'm puzzled myself. I have a ShihTzu that doesn't like to be blown in his face and yet loves to stick his face out the window of my Jeep. What I think is that, blowing straight at his face it just overwhelmed his sense of smell with all our bad breath while out the window it's just an overload of smells around him, and he's trying to decypher what kind (if they know what it is).
