on the front of the cartridge there is A women sporting a mini skirt with short brown hair. There is a model number on the cartridge it's self. It also says All statutory Royalties paid~ NO YEAR with two stars on the bottom. The Rasied on Rock CD was actually released by RCA with the code APL1-0388, but the one you describe, I'm not sure it's real, it might be a bootleg. The Raised on Rock 8-Track, as with the CD and Vinyl, had a picture of Elvis, white jumpsuit, knees bent, orange lining in the cape with a black background. None of his album covers showed a girl in a mini skirt. I'm not that familiar with Elvis 8-tracks, but I don't think it would say "All Statutory Royalties Paid". It was Elvis' own release, there were no royalites to pay and there would be a year. If it is a true Elvis 8-track, the price still isn't that good. Elvis 8-tracks are only worth about $6-8, even RCA releases. There would have to be something rare about the 8-track to be worth more and Raised on Rock was not rare. Sorry.

As for finding other Elvis 8-Tracks, just do a search. I found a bunch on ebay and yahoo auctions.

The gist of the discussion out there (sorry, there are too many pages to provide all the links) is that wands help to focus the magic resident in the witch or wizard, but wandless magic is still possible, particularly for very talented people like Snape and Dumbledore. Some examples ... Apparition Assuming one's Animagus form (or Metamorphpagus) Accio (the Summoning Charm) Elves can do magic without using wands Lumos
