How long human sperm can live outside the human body depends on several things: temperature and humidity among them. At room temperature (75 °F or 25 °C) without dehydration the sperm can live between 4 and 6 hours. Dehydration means, without drying out. After all, the semen (viscous, whitish secretion of the male reproductive organs, containing spermatozoa and serving as their transporting medium) is over 85% water. So then if the semen loses water (dehydration) this material begins to crystallize; all the while the sperm cells also undergo water loss. Therefore, in ordinary dry air at room temperature when dehydration is an added factor, human sperm can live maybe 1 to 3 hours.
Women can get pregnant even when a man "pulls out". All it takes is one sperm to make it to the egg for a woman to become pregnant. I have a few friends that have gotten prenant as a result of using the "pulling out" method. It's not a reliable form or not getting anyone pregnant. Pre-ejaculate can be very potent.

Unless she has the special insemination equipment (tools), I don't want to know how she would get them to the right place. U used to work in a gynecologist office for 6 years, and without the special instruments i don't see how she would do it. I guess it depends on how motivated she is to get pregnant. !!

OK first and foremost if the condom contained any kind of spermicide those little buggers don't stand a chance of living very long, but if the condom did not contain spermicide then at basic room temperature exposed to air which would start to cause the semen to dehydrate then it is roughly about 1-3 hours before they completely die out, if someone you know is doing this please make them aware of the increased risk of infection and presenting bacteria into the vaginal cavity which could cause other major and/or minor issues later on, in order to possibly prevent infection everything would have to be completely sterile and everything would have to be handled just right in order for this process to work properly without any risk's that is why there are professionals that handle this type of thing. But if the sperm are in desired temperatures and in proper surroundings the sperm can actually live up to 6 hours, can't tell if all would be in tact but I am going to take a guess in saying that some of the little swimmers would die off.

It lasts about 2 hours and can't be passed via touching a keyboard. You could probably even get a little (read: a little) in or around your mouth and it wouldn't affect you. The only things you need to worry about are sores, cuts, or scrapes on areas that might be exposed. THAT will get you infected lickety-split, no ****. Viruses are notoriously bad at staying alive outside of their environment. However, "diseases" do not "die as soon as they hit the air", which is the stupidest comment I've ever heard in my life. If they did, things like Strep Throat wouldn't exist, because the constant exposure to air would kill them. They also do not die when the fluid dries up, because it often persists at a molecular level until its proteins are denatured by temperature differentials. Don't listen to these idiots. Bacteria, in contrast to viruses, tend to be much more hardy, and can live anywhere from hours to years outside of their normal hosts. Wash hands, use a condom, stay in school, drink your milk.

Sperm cells that are out of their usual moist chemically balanced environment don't usually live for longer than a few minutes. Still, if you're that stressed out about it, you can always have him wear a condom so that he doesn't make a mess, or just make him be more careful. Sexual activity of any kind isn't worth it at all if you're worried about being pregnant every month.
