I can only think of a few that are good.
- It (That clown will scare you -get the one where the clown is in the street drain and when the yearbook bleeds, not the one where there is a halloween party)
- When a Stranger Calls Back (1993)
- The Thing (1982)
- Phycho (1960)
There's not really anything that I've seen that is newer that is any good really.

The Shining was good.
Also, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (both the 50s original and the 1978 one).

The Shining is my favorite-- it's a bit old but Jack Nicholson is amazing in it. The book by Stephen King is good, too.
