There have been so many Ry Mysterio figures made (because little kids love him so much and that who mainly by the figures) so it would cost hundreds if not a few thousand dollars to by them all. Also there were quite a few made while he was in WCW, Japan and Mexico so they would be very hard to track down. Like I say it would cost a lot of money but if you've got the time and patients these might be a good start (I'd go to e-bay first because you might be able to get a few discounted)...
