the word bring is used for actions involving the motion of something toward you. eg, bring me the chair. please bring along two pairs of clothing when you come to my party tomorrow.

the word take is used for actions involving the motion of something away from you. eg, please take the files to the other office. if you can take these brochures with you, i would be delighted.

so in your case, it would be take because you're taking the office inventories AWAY from the company. so the answer is "can take."

"can take" in this usage implies that they can not only remove the things but also keep them. If that's what you mean, use it. If you want "your company" to join, combine, consolidate etc, then "can bring" sounds clearer.
