First I'd probably ask my friend why they had to tell me about.;o) Then probably ask them how it came about to see if there was a good reason for them doing that. Probably help with getting them a lawyer and let the lawyer decide whether or when to call the cops about it. ;o)

it depends on who they killed, also how much of a friend they are to me! If they killed a good person for no reason yes i would tell the cops, if they had a good reason and i didnt care to much for the person i would probly help!

It would depend on:
1) who he killed and why. If someone hurt his family or did something where someone needed killin - I might help out. If its something that I didn't agree with, but understood, I wouldn't help but I wouldn't snitch either. If he was molesting kids or something else completely morally reprehensible - I would tell if not kill him myself.
2) how likely did I feel that he was going to get away with it (If he was going to get caught anyway, shame on him - someone is going to get paid - why not me.)
3) how likely would he tell someone else. - Contrary to popular belief, the police very seldom catch people because of stunning police work or CSI type stuff. More often than not someone is talking too much and more than likely someone usually tells. If he tells more than 2 other people than me - can't keep his mouth shut, shame on him, someone is going to tell, someone is going to get paid, why not me.

I'm not burying a body. I doubt I'd turn her in either though. I guess just pretend I didn't hear anything

i'd help him bury the body, but try and talk to him while doing that, to determine what the circumstances were. unless if i felt he was psycho, i'd tell the cops.

All boils down to the question... Are you willing to fry for something someone else has done ??? Willing to give up your family, money, and freedom to protect this person ??? You help bury, you are partially liable for the death... What's it worth to you ???????????????????????????????????????????????
Not a cop, just want you to be aware of the consequences..;.....

No. Friends that kill people and try to get you to cover it up aren't friends. You call the police & report it.

As much as I love my best friend, I wouldn't cover anything as serious as a murder up for him! There's no way!!!! I wouldn't risk my own liberty for him/her.
