What should i do? When we go out, he pays for my meals. He kisses/hugs me and calls me sweety/honey/baby. But when i asked him what is his role in this relationship. He doesn't want to have committment even as a boyfriend because he is with a work permit and it is going to expiry in April. But he pointed out that he wants to apply for immigration to canada (where i live). However, since he doesn't have a job now, he has to delay his immigration and may even lose it. He said he is confused now and he found that it is stressful to have committment. He just wants to stay with me cus he likes me and i like him. But it kinda hurts me and slow me down too.
So, do you think i should wait for him? Or are these excuses?(the situation he is in now is absoletely true) What kind of support does he need now? What should i tell him (other than everything will be OK, just wait and see) even as a friend?

He is having a conflict of heart and brain. His heart loves you but he knows practically and financially he may not be able to make a life with you. He is trying to make the best of every minute with you until April and is hoping for a miracle.
There is nothing wrong with going slow in a relationship. If you like him then I would ask him if there is anything you can do (read over paperwork to make sure it is grammatically correct) If he say no, let it be and let him do it himself. Who cares if he is officially your boy friend, he sure is acting like it. However do not take it beyond hugs and kisses. Trust me on this. In the end time will tell. There is no reason to call it quits yet, and I don't think you really want to. Just enjoy the next four months. Even in the end if you two are not together, I bet he will remember you for the rest of his life.

You also said that because of his unemployment, he might delay his immigration or lose it. If he's serious about you, shouldn't he be getting a job to help his chances? Not having a job when he has a "work permit" sounds shady. If you're a real friend, you'll help him see how he needs to accomplish his goals and then ask how you can help, and then help only within your means. They sound like excuses to me, but only you can make decisions for yourself.

He likes what you're giving him. He's not interested in anything more. What else do you need to know? There's no hidden message here. He likes having the company, he like the sex, he like hangin' with you but he doesn't want a commitment. Either deal with it and realize that some men just don't want to be tied down and deal with the endless hassles that come hand in hand with a relationship, or get out. It's that simple.

I think you should listen to what he is telling you and act accordingly. There is alot up in the air so be his friend, enjoy the time you have together but maybe you should date other people as well or find some way to not get too attached just in case.

Well, I guess you just want affirmation that you're his girlfriend because he's been treating you rather tenderly and affectionately. Just give him some time as he's apparently troubled by his personal problems. Or you could stay as best friends with him. Men and women don't necessarily have to have romantic relationships.

It seems like hes worried that he'll get together with u the get sent back to his country. If he gets his permit or whatever he needs to stay and still says the same thing u should leave him.

dont wait for him, he is untrue he is just fooling around and using you, you are worth more than that, it is not really the fact that he does not want to commit " why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free? that is your case, how will he respect you if you let him be free with you and fool your emotions, end it stop it , find someone who loves you and truly cares for you, this man is a player and he is probably cheating on you, he has somebody else , it would really be painful but youre just his past time, stop this madness, love yourself first before depending on some guy, complete yourself, you dont need a man especially this man to make you happy

well he don't want to start a relationship with you because he know he might have to leave and he don't want to have to leave you. he care for you but he know one day he will have to leave and go back home.
