I remembered Patrick Dempsey when he was a child actor back in the 80's. Sure he's grown up to be a nice looking guy and has a hit show, but what's the appeal? All I hear is McDreamy this, McDreamy that. Not trying to be a "hater" or anything, but I think he's a bit over-rated in my opinion. I would rather be treated by Dr. Ross (George Clooney)....now that's HAWT!

Well The first time i saw "Cant buy me love "which he starred in as a teen i thought he was hot. Buy today i think one thing is that he is a sensitive guy and his hair is perfect. He is attractive, nice smile and he doesnt actually think he is good looking

McDreamy is all about the attitude.. he's laid back but in a good way.. he likes his trailer and FERRIES!!! its the whole package we're looking at here not just his hawtness.. but i must admit George Clooney has a certain appeal too!!

I know McSteamy is better but I think it's just a thing that has built up, not a fan of the hooked nose McDreamy.

His demeanor, his eyes, he's a brain surgeon...literally a brain surgeon (okay, at least on the show). He's a bit quiet and a bit mysterious and such a sweet heart. He's pretty close to the total package to some of us :-).
