i think it wouldn't be a bad idea to go see a doctor about it. but when you have a yeast infection you can get a really bad odor from it... best bet though is to get yourself into see the doc soon and start treatments for your infection. good luck :)

People on Yahoo! Answers are always telling other people to go to the ER.

A yeast infection is NOT a reason to go to the ER. That's a misuse of medical resources, and it means a long wait for you, plus a delay for people who really ARE experiencing medical emergencies.

If your doctor checked you out, and said you're OK, and your symptoms haven't changed, you don't need the ER or the on-call physician.

If the smell is a new symptom, call the on-call doctor tonight, or call your OB's office first thing in the morning.

Unless you're experiencing pain or bleeding or some other symptom that your OB has specifically told you to look for, you can almost always wait until the morning at this stage in your pregnancy.

Usually in the first trimester of pregnancy, you'll experience "growing pains", which is what it sounds like you're having. But, you know your own body, and if the cramping is bothersome, call your doctor. Usually you can have your OB paged and they'll call you at home if you think it is something to worry about. The Dr. will be able to tell you whether it is worth the time and hassle of going to the ER, or perhaps tell you to come in the next day to get checked out.

If you're having any bleeding, go to the ER immediately.

im 16 weeks pregnant and this is my first. when i was about 6 or 7 weeks i had cramping and people told me to take a pregnancy test and i did obviously came out possitive and everything is fine with my baby . in some cases of pregnancy women report cramping but its mainly either A) the baby is attatching itself or B) your uterus is expanding. but i would go get checked out to make sure everything is ok.

first of all congrats and none of that charting must be precise one hundred% believe me I did it and when I were given my first sonogram my due date replaced into 5/25 in line with the sonogram my Dr informed me the 27 and my daughter were given right here on the 25 so the technologies each and every so often works more advantageous suited. And dnt problem each and everything is suited with the toddler @ this time preserve your self!
