(1) Diluted white vinegar. 1 tablespoon per cup of water.
(2) or yogurt that has live bacteria in it
and bathe in baking soda whichever (1) or (2) you try.

The problem is, I don't know what kind of infection you have, which is necessary to know how to properly treat it. Even after being a doctor for several years, I can't be 100% sure of what is causing the infection based on symptoms alone -- I still get fooled.
If the home remedies have failed, it may be time to visit a family doctor; I would probably charge you about $50 for the visit, and medicine might cost another $10-20.
If you really can't afford even that, consider the free clinic or health department.

I would try to find a free or sliding scale clinic in your area, because if three seperate doses of Monistat aren't curing it, it could be bacterial vaginosis, or a more persistant yeast infection which may need something like Diflucan. I have a friend who had to eliminate all sugars and starches from her diet in order to cure chronic yeast infections (she lost like 10 pounds from it, too). Anytime she introduces those items back into her diet, she gets another hard to treat infection.
If you are certain it is a yeast infection, a natural remedy is acidophilus, the bacteria found in yogurt (the difference between this and the yeast bacteria is that acidophilus is that acidophilus is a "probiotic"). Some women say you can insert plain, sugar free yogurt vaginally, others have been able to find acidophilus capsules and take or insert those (personally, I'd rather try the pill acidophilus). Whatever you do, eat plain sugar free yogurt to help balance the bacteria in your gut.

Too dangerous to fool around with something like that. It could be something serious, and you need a doctor.
Call your health dept and ask them how you could get some help with that.
Every time I guessed as to what type of infection I had, I was always wrong.
If Monostat didn't work, then it's a different type of infection.
If left untreated, these can cause permanent damage sometimes. Please find a way to visit your doctor. Your health dpt will steer you in the right direction.

if none of the over the counter stuff is working than it is most likely a viral infection. the monistats and what not only cure bacterial yeast infections. more than likely, you will have to go and see a doctor to cure this, if you cant afford to go to a gyno you can go to the health department and it is usually free or like 5 dollars. planned parenthood also does check ups and such. you can call your local human services office for listings of offices. good luck

Are you positive that it's a yeast infection? Usually, all you need is one full treatment of the store bought stuff and its gone. There is no home cure for Y.I, you need meds if the over the counter stuff don't work. You really should see a doctor, this could be an STD. Good Luck

If three sessions of Monistat didn't cure it, it might be a bacterial infection or an STD. If left untreated, they could cause a very painful and dangerous pelvic infection.
Family Planning and Planned Parenthood treats all that stuff at very little cost. Most cities have them. Hope you feel better soon.

I have always heard that the 7 day yeast infection medication works best.. along with the caplets you insert use the cream. It usually works. Or you could order stronger stuff at an online pharmacy.. I don't know the names of the prescribed stuff though

Over the counter never worked for me and yogurt didn't do anything but I began drinking cranberry juice and that seems to work. Tired of always going to the dr. for something I already know what it is. Found out allergic to cheese and that caused the problem

There is no "home remedy"- Go to your local family planning office, tell them you have no income and they will treat you for free.
