Bra sizes come in measurements likes 32A, 32B, 34B, etc. The number (32, 34, 36, etc) represents the underband circumference and the letter (A, B, C, etc) represents the cup size.
At some places, the bra department ladies could help you take a measurement. I don't think you have to be naked for them to take a measurement.
