Why does Rogaine work on your head, but not on your hands?

Furthermore, what if it went down your back, would you get hair on your back then?

Rogaine stimulates hair follicles on hair growing areas but since we do not have hair follicles on the palms of our hands, it doesn't work.

because the formula is made specifically for the hair folicles on your head...........why in the world would you want hairy hands????
