You can't the moisture is due to lack of insulation and the sealant around the old windows has deteriorated. When it is colder outside than inside condensation forms on the outside walls. the only way to fix it is remove the drywall, and insulate the outer wall. Anything else you do will only work temporarily, and it will come back. I know that is a major undertaking, you could try a dehumidifier, to remove moisture in the air.

There is a foam that can be injected into a wall. You'd have to drill a hole about 3/16" in diameter so the injection quill can go into the uninsulated space.

They sell two different types, one for general use, and the other for windows. If you will be close to the window you'd want to use the one for the windows. It doesn't set up as hard and will not bend the window frame.

The can of foam expands to about 3 times the size of the can.

After injecting it you would need to plug the hole with some spackle, sand it down and touch it up with paint.

It's called "Great Stuff" and you can get it at any home store.
