If you are using IE 6 or down, click the histoy button at the top of your browser. If the buton is not visible the control (ctrl) key on the key board. Hold the control key down and press the H key.

Do you mean how to know which web pages you've visited? Check the URL drop down or Forward/Back drop down buttons.

You can also scan your hard drive for cookies and URL's.

If you mean you want to see an old version of a website that you have visited previously...I think Google offers this on some sites...in their search results look for the word "Cached".

If you are using Internet Explorer, you should have a History button on your toolbar. If not, then press Ctrl+H while in Internet Explorer. Voila!
