I wish I could answer that question. The nations of the world have to actually care and think of other first. They have to see the gore and carnage first hand. Then, they will wake up. That's how the world woke up to Hitler's Holocost.

Why America, if something goes wrong they will as per usual get blamed, I agree with the answer above let France and Germany do something for a change, how about Iran,China and the rest of that gang..
