Try one of those arm and hammer boxes that you put in the ice box and leave it there over night or even a weekend. It should absorb the unpleasant odors. Another thing I would try would be Clorox Clean up. Obviously don't try the two at the same time. You never know what kind of chemical reaction you'll get. Just like bleach and ammonia. NEVER mix those two together. They form a fatal gas. I almost learned that the hard way. My brother that lived thousands of miles away called me out of the blue right when I was about to mix the two and he warned me about the consequences. He saved my life from that far away. I should have paid closer attention in chemistry in high school. Good Luck!!!

I would suggest turning the bag inside out if possible and then dry it up in the sun light. This should eliminate the moist and the smell. Later you can wash the bag with Detergent and with Soda, preferably with hot water.

when food storage items get nasty... time for a new one. remember that's bacteria and germs.

vinyl is very porous material... just get a new one.. they're not that expensive.. not as much as your son's health.

:D

that's all.

it's better that way.. same should be applied with all food storage items...
