Is that a good game. Why is it so cheap compared to the ps2 version. I love GTA but dont want to get a stupid game.

Trust me. You won't be dissapointed. LCS is probably better than GTA III.

O_o The PS2 version was released at a $19.99 price while the PSP version was still around $40. If it's below $20 now it's because of the release of GTA:VCS... The PS2 version, has better controls, slightly improved visuals and some minor, minor improvements. But the PSP version has multiplayer and some other things, I think it might have the ability to play music off your memory stick, but I can't remember it that's really the case.

I think its just like Gta 3 but with some Vice city features. Its pretty cool having pretty much the full gta in a little handheld game. Its pretty fun, I would get it if i were you.

If you liked "GTAIII" and "Vice city" you'll probably like "LCS", since the games are similar.
