i've been sucked into this show for the past few years/seasons, whatever, since its been on tv! hehe... i watched the show tonight and i wasn't paying full attention. But, i know they all work out the same amount of months. How many months do they film/work out for? Was it three months ONLY?

they work out on the show for three months then the final four i belive or maybe final two have about 3 months at home to see if they can keep loosing weight then the final show airs. i'm not positive but i watched it last season and am pretty sure that is how it works. Good luck

They work out 3 months on the show, Now they are down to the last 4 and they are sent home . When they return, the one that loses the most weight will be the winner of $250,000 dollars.

Its 6 months, 3 on the show, 3 at home, at least thats how it was last year.

3 months is correct. It is fun to watch the changes these people go through.
