When someone I totally love doesn't want to see me anymore. This has happened only twice in my life...but you can actually feel your heart ache...I thought of him when I heard certain songs and the tears would flow....got back together and yep he did it again. Now I am happy with someone who is crazy over me...things do happen for a reason. Another thing that makes my heart ache and break is my oldest son has depression he has been through hell and I want to see him happy....I try to be positive with him..but he is bi-polar and so am I....he has it so much worse though...he has attempted suicide once so I always worry about him. He is doing great right now my two other children are jealous that I have always focused my attention on him...but they do not have this disorder and do not understand. I actually went to court with my son and he won his disability case he ended up receiving over $20,000.00 because the judge ruled in his favor and disabled him all the way back to 2003. I know I got off the subject but if you are a parent that would make your heart break and ache...there are two different kinds of love in my eyes ...the way you love your significant other and the way you love your children....so don't ever write yourself off your heart will stop aching mine did and I even forget that it ever did!

My heart aches and breaks whenever a see a child hurt or a woman being abused.

Running out of pot, TV evangelists, the home shopping network, paris hilton(not in a good way either) being alone, a horse kicking me in the solar plex, and 6 inches of steel stuck in it makes it ache also

That people do not know who they are in reality. They see everything in relation to their body and do not understand that they are eternal spirit soul, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul Also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. They can not see things as they are due to this illusion (Maya) and they hate one another due to this. If they only knew the Maha Mantra or the Great Mantra for deliverance from suffering and illusion then they could be free. Read Bhagavad Gita as it is to understand this vast knowledge.

I think heart ache is usually cause of the frustrations and dissapointments that we encounter.

The lack of unconditional love and compassion people have for each other. Life, for some, equates to a dollar value or is considered expendable based upon socioeconomic status. So many people have failed to learn to really love. I consider it a lack of God in the lives of so many.
