Well I have no idea what you mean by "consense them" but you can use the free program PixResizer to resize the images so they will upload faster. It is free at:

Well, it depends on the speed of internet you have but try this. Gather all your pictures in one folder. Right click the folder and say send to.and select compressed(zip)
What this does is, that it takes all the pictures and kinda pushes them together to save space so it makes the file smaller than what it really is. Once you uncompress it, you files will be the same.

First, resize all your images, so they are a reasonable size like 640x480 resolution and about 50-100K per picture. The larger the picture, the longer it is going to take to upload.
Second, there are free picture sharing services that you upload to a web site, then you send the link to everybody. Flickr is the most popular one.

http://www.pcworld.com go here and get winzip or any other you see there to do this. it will compress the files (pics) and make them easy to email. this is the only way you can send large files to most email servers as they dont allow large kb files through.
