no it cant kill you, chill out. go to the pharmacy and get an over the counter medicine.. if ignored it can turn into a bladder infection and that will hurt. eat yogurt and cottage cheese on a regular basis and it shouldn't come back. some woman get them when they are put on antibiotics.. call a doctor and make sure that is what ur problem is and not something more serious
