It varies on the hotel. Most allow you to check out right from the TV in your room. However, if you have comps you want to use for your room, you need to go to the Casino Host and front desk.

Checking In- Show a valid photo I.D. and credit card.
Checking Out- Use Express Check Out, review your statement for accuracy and leave the keys in the room by the checkout time.

Call or go the front desk and tell them you are checking out. Then pay your bills by cash or card. That simple.
