I need help following my shot. I could be scoring more points if I follow my shot. I watch High School, College, and NBA players who don't follow their shot. I see most of the best players don't follow their shot. I want to be someone who does.

WHO CAN HELP ME???????

The thing with this is when you shoot the ball, your the only person that knows where it is gonna go ahead of time, right after you release from your fingers. You just have to make the effort to go after it, like the other guy said you can go to the gym, and do it. Its just hustle.

Just go to the Gym and shoot. You will be the only one who can get the rebound so you will need to follow your shot to get the ball. You will learn to follow your shot, and become a better shooter. The guys in the NBA are a bit cocky so they think they will make every shot. They don't believe they need to get the rebound.

You really need to work on your arch and your form. If you shoot the ball long enough in a certain form and arch, you will develop that form and arch. This can be good or bad.

Try to develop a healthy form that feels natural. Work on your touch and your arch from different areas, mid-range, top of the key, in the paint, where ever. Work on getting a nice angle on your arch. Free throws are great for developing arch, touch, and form.

Trust your shot and you can be great. You won't even have to worry if you will make it or not because you will develop confidence in your shot. Confidence leads to success.

you need to put all you got on the first attempt and not worry about gettin the rebound ... make sure you get the easiest shot you can take and follow thru with your shot...
