Life matters. It may not matter now, but what were you doing when you were 3 and what will you be doing when you're 50? Each part of your life is a small part of the entire scheme. So the question you need to ask yourself is "Does what I'm doing in life matter"? If it doesn't, you should explore your options rather than waiting for change.

Life is a dynamic network.
It does matter what you do with your life, because it affects a lot of other things. What is done and in the past is over. Whatever happened, good or bad, already has done its effect.
So, now in present you are faced with new choices. All any one can do is make a choice, and hope to understand their choices.
You must quest to learn why you made certain choices and when you do understand you be in the now again.

Hi Toby... Sorry you feel so down. When I get feeling like you do, I visit the old folks home near here. There are so many people, good old souls, that do not have anyone concerned with their welfare... I take old clothes, and stuff I really do not need and give it to them, and it really brightens their day.... Makes you feel fortunate to be alive and mostly healthy.... Give it a try, and try to have a positive outlook for at least 16 seconds in a row daily, and the positive vibrations will seek you out... Good luck, I truly hope you feel better soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

life matters alot. if you find your life not interesting, hei think twice! you were born for a purpose... you already determined that you have a negative outlook on life... try to look it in the different side and you'll see how life rocks! try also to look on the little changes that happens every minute of your life so that you'll see that life really matters

My life matters to me because I have goals and a mission to fulfill from God.
It is all in how one views the importance of the significance of their life as to whether or not they feel it has meaning to them or anyone else.

cheer up toby. life is valuable not only because it is short, but also because of the people around you that love you. (your life is important to those people who love you.) and dont look at life with a negative perspective. go enjoy it with a favorite buddy and love the people around you.
