We bake cookies and I try to make decorating the tree fun for my kids. I want them to remember how much fun we had at Christmas when they grow up.

Hot Herbal Tea, some Geneology Research (especially since I am now an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree and no more do I have the worries of being a long-term single parent or busy with work), and Building the Family Tree ...
Remembering those that passed away (my parents, the grandparents, the aunts/uncles/cousins), Remembering those still here (one elderly cousin and my siblings), and just giving THANKS to God for the life that I have lived -- even with all the obstacles that I've had to overcome and all the bad things that were put in my life.
