OMG!! If you don't want to approach the girl you slept and arn't ready to tell your wife go to the nearest free clinic and have a test done.. if it comes back negative you don't have to say anything...if it is positive you have to tell your wife immediatley. please do what's best for your baby.......If it is positive go find this b***h that gave it to you cause if everybody else knows she has it she had to have known when she slept with you..I'm not saying it's all her fault cause you never shouldda cheated but the least she could've done was insist on a condom that goes for you to...be smart next time man....wrap it up

Get tested now. As in today. Make sure your wife gets tested, too. (When I was pregnant, an HIV test was a standard part of my prenatal care.)
You will both also need to get tested at least one more time in several months; and, unless you are certain you are not infected (you won't know for sure until you've completed a full round of testing), you must abstain or practice very, very safe sex with your wife. When you go to the clinic, they'll give you whatever information you need and tell you when to set up a follow-up appointment.
Counselors at the clinic can also help you with deciding how to break this news to your wife. You are obligated to tell her if you've potentially exposed her to a deadly disease. You are also obligated to protect your unborn child.

I can't believe you have to ask what you should do. This seems like such a no-brainer. You tell your wife and then you both go get tested. Whether or not she forgives you is not the point. She HAS to know she has been potentially exposed to this deadly virus.
And before you think of doing something stupid like that again, KEEP IT ZIPPED!! This is proof that it doesn't stop with you. The stupidity may even affect the baby.
What a stupid loser!! I hope it was worth it because you may lose everything you love.

You better talk to your wife. Not only have you been exposed to HIV - which can take up to 6 months to show up in a blood test. But you are cheating on her. Sounds like you have some major problems, see if she will think about marriage counseling.

Find out how true it is.This is not the time to sit and wait.Be alone with with your wife, tell her sincerely that you've done something totally wrong, and you regret it.Tell her the Truth, get her and yourself tested for the virus. The doctor will advice to abort the baby if it's not too late.Or else, you have to live with the guilt forever. This is a lesson for you.Take note that, your wife is the best partner in bed or out,and to think twice is better then to regret.I'm so sorry, and i pray that it's not the fact.

Talk to your wife's OBGYN and tell him your problem. Ask if the fetus can be tested, if your wife can be tested, and either start learning how to live with HIV or remember next time to use a condom. You've got a kid coming into the world and you can't leave him/her without medical treatment if needed.

You better go get tested and fast. You don't have to tell wife anything yet. See if you are first. And stop cheating on your wife. If you come out of this good you need to stop cheating on your wife and enjoy your wife and your baby. Now if you are buddy you in trouble. And your baby might be in trouble. But get to the dr ASAP. Good Luck I hope you aint got it.

You should have kept your "noodle", in your pants, or used protection, and don't give me that I was drunk drama. Hopefully for your child and wife, (not your dumb a s s ) everything will go good for them and if not, that is something you will have to "live with" for the rest of your sorry life, and you better not leave them. Go to church and pray to God for forgiveness. Enough said.

well you should definitely get tested and go from there if you are positive it does not mean that your unborn child is definitely positive as well and you should tell your wife it will be hard but she has the right to know as well.

Tell you wife the truth and get yourself checked. Also, it could take a while to show up. so the best thing is not to have SEX.
