It is very easy to become bored and overlook important details, as well as, increase the percentage of mistakes made if one does not find ways to motivate themselves in what their job description entails.
A way to combat it would be to find something to work on within yourself with your professional skills and help that to allow you to do a better job. Do that everyday and you would increase your own efficiency and may just create a new procedural method to make the job less monotonous.
