My feeling is that violent ' entertainment ' , through computer games etc. brings a person to be numb to hurt. It desensitizes a person's emotions of compassion. Some kids say "Oh, I just play it, I'm not actually hurting anyone, it's just a game, I wouldn't really do any of these things to others ". Yet, I feel by a person playing those 'games' that they become dis-compassionate towards others.
