Is this a good price for a blue Razor phone?

i have a friend that says he can sell me a 'slightly' used razor cell phone for $100. Says that its the most recent model. Is that a good price or should i might as well buy a new one at the store? I have Tmobile and I cant get a new contract discount because my year isnt over yet, so i would have to pay full price. So knowing that, is the 100 bucks worth it?

could be depending on the condition of the phone.. scratches that sort of thing. also there if you take of the back of the phone and remove the battery, there is a little dot, kinda like a sticker, only you cant remove it. check to see if it is orange or red ( maybe even pink) if it is that means the phone has been exposed to water. if thats the case, offer your friend 10 bucks, because that is all it is worth..

also they have cell phone stores, that carry unlocked phones, that can be used with alot of different carriers, so you could get a brand new razor for 100. there...
