Hey, Dude. Didn't anyone tell you yet that there are no terrorists.
That's pre-election propaganda. Get with the program. There are insurgents, guerillas, civilian militias. Terrorist is a Nazi term that was repeated again and again whenever fascist style governments want to lie to the people.

Your questions is a gross oversimplification of the situation.
Who are the terrorists? We must first answer that question before we can go about "destroying" them.
The problem is that we are creating more "terrorists" everyday, if i may use that term. For every "insurgent" that is killed in Iraq, five more fill in the space. This will never end, that is just how it is. That is the prevailing mentality and ideology of extremism, especially Islamic extremism.
You cannot combat an ideology with bullets, but our administration does not want to realize this.

Oh dear. For every innocent arab killed america creates 20 new potential terrorists. Once again americas "spray everything with bullets and bombs" philosophy has failed.....when will the paranoid psychotics that run the US learn (ok, stupid question, obviously they never will). People you drop bombs on and shoot bullets at do not want to be your friends....and never will.
Another fact that hasnt escaped the rest of the world is that (according to the US) 19 of the 911 hijackers were Saudis, not afghans, not iraqi. We all know that the illegal wars started there were purely to enable american oil companies to lay pipelines from russia down to turkey so that the US could ensure a few more years of oil money.
Interestingly, although Saddam was a bad guy, he alone held Iraq together, whereas 140000 american troops cant.....says a lot. Well done america.....650000 dead and counting.....you should be proud of yourselves.
