yes unless something tottaly unforeseeable or an emergency arrises. i think its important to pay people that respect of keeping plans cuz i would expect the same from others

If it is important or plans made with someone else yes and if I can't I call to tell them why and plan another day for it.

I try to but I'm pretty fluid. However, I do keep promises unless I have absolutely no choice in the matter.

I try to but sometimes " life just happens " - I try to hold my course but sometimes I must be flexable and " bend with the wind" , good luck.

unless the other person breaks them, i keep them. but if i can go on my own anyways, then i still keep them...
