You'd be surprised how tough a guy is. Make sure you do not land on his ribs. If he is in good shape, he should be fine.

I would recommend not doing it though because you can cause damage to the internal organs.

G'day The Force Kenobi,

Thank you for your question.

Those people are either trained professionals or idiots. You be the judge.

It can be dangerous even for trained professionals. Harry Houdini boasted that he could take any blow to the stomach. He died of peritonitis after a couple of university students took up the offer although he had appendicitis.

I have attached sources for your reference.

Seasons regards to you and yours

Do you even understand how person-friendly it truly is to break a rib? in order that that you realize, there's a physics equation that you take advantage of that inform you what your weight will be by the time you land on his abdomen. It includes the suitable of the chair, your weight and the rigidity of gravity squared. in truth, by the time you land in case you bounce from a 2 foot severe chair, you'll, for all intents and applications, weigh round 400 pounds. any extra questions?

Personally, I would not even think of trying this stunt. You could damage the inside of someone and not know it.

Even if he is in Martial Arts, he most likely is not trained in this kind of stunt....so...don't risk it.

It could cause an abdominal rupture or some other internal injuries. The G force of your weight is much stronger than how much you weigh in lbs. Don't be foolish someone could get seriously injured or killed and you don't want that on your conscience!
