If they are coming from under the refrigerator, try RAID spray and also the roach traps. If they are inside the refrigerator, remove all the food and spray with RAID then turn the temp to the refrigerator to the coldest setting and leave it this way for about 3 hours. Make sure you wash the inside really good before putting your food back in.

Please try Bengal roach spray. Cheaper than calling a professional and works for months. I have used it and have seen dead roaches for months!!!!! afterward. Use it twice a year. No smell, has a straw for spraying into the holes around plumbing and such in your house, under the floor boards, between appliances, under appliances. That is all you need. You don't have to spray every room or corner. Just the normal places they come in at. Check it out, it works.

you may need a pest man to come to your house & spray the house out may cost $100 0r $200
they use a mild spray if you ask
i always get a well known pest man because i can trust them to come back if the job needs more treatment
or you can buy cocky traps from the super market & there also is a surface spray that you could spray around the floor near the fridge or at the back of the fridge but i wouldn't spray the fridge itself as it may hurt the enamel
