I've had my betta for 4 months and about 1.5 weeks ago I noticed this white thing coming from her stomach. It looks like a piece of cottage cheese kind of...She's acting normal and looks normal otherwise. Should I be worried? What should I do??

That may be her ovipositor.

white thing? could be lots. If it looks like cotton wool(fluffy with tiny hairs)It is probably a fungal infection on an injury it did. Maybe it got in a fight or scraped on something. If it is ick, u will know v.soon. Ick is a parasite that embeds itself in the fishes skin, multiplies and bursts out with many more then latching on. If your fish has no new white spots in 48hrs, ick is not it. If it is a fungal infection, a methylene blue dip(fill cup with enough water to hold fish, put as much blue in so it is v.dark. Put the fish in for 5 seconds. It will dye the fungus blue and it will fall off v.soon. Then be careful infection doesn't re-occur. Treat with an erythromyicin anti bacteria. Good luck.

That doesn't sound like Ich... Ich is a small parasite, and it makes the fish look like its been spotted with salt or sand. It shouldn't come out of her stomach.
Is her stomach injured?
Is it fuzzy? If so, that is fungus. Treat with Maracyn-2.
Can you take some pictures?

I think it may be ICK ... you could go to a pet hop and pick up some ICK cure. Do this soon as ICK can kill if left untreated.

it could be "ick" look it up and see if it looks the same as what your Beta has.
