It was a pretty coarse movie about a ghetto mafia family.
It was an animated movie with the backdrop being real pictures.
I can't find it on IMDB or on major search engines.
Does anyone know anything about this movie? Who made it? Where I can get it?

nope that's not it, 30/30-150. It does look interesting, though.

There is a movie called Streetfight. AKA Coonskin that's animated from the 70s
