always make funny jokes to her and if this girl emily treies to not let u talk to her then just invite her to your house for a sleepover and then at school monday start talking about how much fun you guys had and how that u are totally best friends and your best friend will agree with you if that doesnt work then when they r talking bud into theyre conversation and just start randomly talking to your best friend and she should listen to you and tell the other girl another time hope all goes well for u and ur freind these strategys should work trust me its happened before
P.s. if the other girl tries to fight back just keep working harder you can do it lol bye

You can't make your friend talk to you. Do you think she talks to Emily to make you jealous? Does she consider Emily her best friend and you the second best? Maybe you should start a friendship with another girl and see if your friend starts paying more attention to you. Maybe she takes you for granted and doesn't feel that she needs to win you over because you are always there. If I were you, I would start talking to other girls and put some space between you and your friend. Then maybe she will stop taking you for granted and will want to talk to you more. Whatever happens, don't get upset by it. There are other friends to make. Don't limit yourself to just one who ignores you.
