Even though you know it is probably your fault?

we all do from time to time, the important thing to realize is that the things you break cost money. one trivial time i remember was when i was watching the cubs game and neifie perez bunted in a situtation with two outs, the bases loaded and the cubs down by a run. oh and also he was brought on as a pinch hitter by dusty baker!!! i threw all sorts of things against the wall that day!

is something wrong?

Yup - Been there - Done that - a very long time ago!

Threw an office chair across the (molding) room cause I was PO'd at my boss! I was reported (as I should have been) and got an unpaid week off - still became good friends with my boss.

We all learn in time!

Yes and today was one of them. My grandfather who is 80 yrs old was in a car accident in July and as a result he lost his license. I've been getting up early every morning to drive him to appointments, taking him to social events and he doesn't seem to understand that I have a life too. He got so mad when I asked him to wait for a little while until I gave my son breakfast that he left walking. Well, I'm ashamed to admit it but I was so mad that I took my toaster a just belted it at the floor!!! Luckily my son was still upstairs so I told him I just dropped it.

So that was the start of my day. You can just imagine how it played out the rest of the day. I'm still pissed off!!!

Nah, I don't have spider monkey style frustration. I fancy myself more of a gorilla: I get frustrated and want to rip the head off something.

Yes I do sometimes. But I decide not to do.

It will cost me much more than I just throwing things. You know, it depends on throwing things toward to someperson? or on the floor or wall?

I am sure you can guess what is gonna be worst scenario. And sometimes I imagine this worst one and I see myself carlming.

I've gotten so frustrated that I've ended up destroying a couple of things...nothing expensive (except for that one time i got mad at my mom and threw my cell phone on the floor and made the screen go out)

Yep. I used to do that on occasion. Threw a pair of scissors through my bedroom window once, and after that I stuck to taking empty glass jars out to the woodpile. I still throw things once in a Blue Moon.....

Yes, all the time. I tell people it's something I'm working on, but I fear that it may just be a part of me that will never go away. I'm really not sure anymore.

Nah. But I sure do get frustrated. That's when I try to understand why I am so upset and what I can do to fix the "problem".
