I am going to Major in Computer Engineer. I have learn the basic of C++. In college do I have to learn c or C# because I want to stick to c++ rather than the other two. It seems easy to me. I am in the 10 grade I know I had the great ability in me to learn. I am veryyy good @ math trust me. All my math teachers like me. But I have came across a big problem did all u computer engineer took Calculus in High School. I had moved to Reno from NY and here you are able to take higher classes but in NY it couldn't be done. I want to take Algebra 3-4 or (2) and trig so I can take calculus in my senior year should I. I am a 4.0 students and currently taking FORMAL geometry.

There's very little difference among C, C++ and C#. Maybe a bit more than say UK English, US English and Australian English, but still not as much as between Spanish and Portuguese. Learn any one of them, and you've learned 90% of both of the others. It won't be a problem.

Since you are good at math, go ahead with calculus. Stop thinking of algebra / geometry / trig / calculus as separate things. In real mathematics, everything is connected to everything else, and you will discover this later on.
