It is because he is (or was, but probably still is ) on steroids. Veins that apparent on your body and the fact that his head has swelled a each year from 2004 to 2006 proves that he is on steroids, but it shouldn't be a shock to anyone because the WWE is synonymous with wrestlers on steroids. Oh, and I know what I am talking about because I know the difference between steroid users and non steroid users, you are looking at a guy who works out 5 times a week at school to relieve stress from college and stay in shape and you can't help but figure out who are steroid users after a certain point in time of being at a gym.
