i am trying to get 3 signs on my back in japanese and i need them to be translated but i cant do it bc my comp will not allow it to show the simbols

because you needs software to translate languages or a website like bablefish.com

But to see the japanese character fonts you need to download them from microsoft if your using windows.

You need special software to be able to show Japanese characters. It can be very expensive to get this software. There are a few sites that you can go to and use them to view other sites in Japanese. Not many though so they are very hard to find. I found one once but am unable to find it again. Hopefully you will have better luck than me.

Also some public computers- library, internet cafe, etc have the ability to read Japanese text so try them too.

Go to a Japanese web site, Your pc will ask if you want the language installed, click yes then it will ask for the Windows disk. ( All the languages are on it) Put it in and install the language. if you do not have the disk, go to Windows Update, If its not on your start menu then look in "programs" its there.
You can get a Japanese site buy going to the bottom of a Yahoo page like here and clicking Japan.
