Who will this oil be sold to???
And how will "we" get ownership of this oil.The World Court has upheld the decision the the hiers of Calouste Gulbenkian are the rightful qwners of all the Iraqi oil.

I was stunned. Happy would not be the adjective of my choice to describe how I feel about one trillion dollars and what money like that could be used for on our own soil. A selfish thought? Yeah, probably, but it's the first thing that occurred to me.

No one in their right mind would or should be happy with that amount, but lets put it in perspective shall we.....how much do you think it would cost if there were 9/11 type attacks here in America on a fairly regular basis like in Israel? What would be the cost of rebuilding American cities if they were to get bombed by one of these insane regimes??? Weigh that against taking the fight to them and killing them over there for 1 trillion.....I'll take the one trillion. And if your bitching about your taxes now, imagine how high the Dems would tax you so you can pay for every person in the US who is here illegally, who is lazy, who cannot or will not work, who is disabled or feigning being disabled AND then pay for all the demolished building when the Muslims attack us on our won soil because the Dems think these people (for lack of a better term) can be reasoned with....

Don't confuse them with the facts, my mother used to say. Few understand that that trillion dollars is borrowed money and will have to be paid back to foreign powers like China. Someday, when we are all packing boxes and cleaning toilets for the Chinese, we might then question the wisdom of Bush's policies.
