iam 15yrs.Iam 5 6' and 140 pounds. Iam a guy. I have small boobs. i think it is because iam a little fat . the problem is i feel something hard around my nipple. it feels like its clogged or something . idont understand what it might be. is der something wrong with me???

Well, yes u must see a doctor, but you must also understand that male breasts do suffer from problems, not as common as females but they do and this is why u need to take this seriously. I can not diagnose the problem on-line, see a general practitioner and I strongly suggest you take chest x-rays before you visit.

Probably nothing serious, but you should see a doctor anyway to be sure. A lot of men have breast enlargement. There is a name for the condition which i can't recall at the moment.
