trouble with active sync?

Question

i have active sync installed but the active sync on my pocket pc doesn't. the toggle button you push to synce is not bold, it is light so you can no toggle it. what do i do . thatnks

ActiveSync is designed to run automatically when the cable hooks up. With the exception of Bluetooth sync and Exchange server sync you shouldn't even have the need to toggle anything on PDA.
